HK Police warn radical protesters to stop illegal acts in Sha Tin

Radical protesters set barricades and started fires at Yuen Wo Road in Sha Tin in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Sunday afternoon. Police issued a warning to stop all illegal acts and leave immediately.

"The Police is using appropriate force to conduct a dispersal operation, and warn all protesters to stop all illegal acts and leave immediately," said the Hong Kong Police on their Twitter account at around 6 p.m. BJT.

Earlier on Sunday afternoon, some radical protesters also defaced the national flag and threw it into a trash bin and a river afterward, followed by recklessly damaging the facilities with hard objects, spraying water on the floor and throwing objects at the Sha Tin MTR Station.
