A surveillance camera captured the moment a giant sinkhole opened up in a road, swallowing two cars driving through the area at the time in southeast China's Xiamen City. The accident occurred near Lvcuo metro station which opened in 2017. A sewage pipe was damaged due to the sinkhole, flooding the station. No casualties have been reported. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
