Dozens of nurses protest in Brasilia to honor a hundred of their colleagues who have died from COVID-19. Brazil leads the ranking of nurses who lost their lives to COVID-19, even more so than the countries that had a larger number of cases in proportion.
Brazil recorded 881 deaths from coronavirus in 24 hours, its worst daily mark since the start of the pandemic that has already taken 12,400 lives in the country.
