2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，从开辟古代丝绸之路到共建“一带一路”，从人类命运共同体理念的提出到全球文明倡议的发布，中国一直致力于与世界各国共同谱写文明交流互鉴新篇章。
CGTN“漫话天下”工作室推出“文明互鉴·美美与共”漫画插画展览，旨在推动不同文明之间交流互鉴，和谐共处。
2023 is a year of recovery after getting through the global challenge of COVID-19, but also a year of uncertainties with regional conflicts still threatening global security. In this context, CGTN has decided to launch the first edition of the International Cartoons and Illustrations Exhibition. This year's theme is "Embracing the Diversity of Civilizations," advocating mutual respect among different civilizations to build bridges of friendship.
来自亚洲、欧洲、非洲多国的艺术创作者们积极参与，贡献了数百幅作品，他们用精彩的画作搭建起了不同文明之间沟通的桥梁，跨越时空，与开启东西文明交流的古丝绸之路遥相呼应，同时也拓宽了有关“文明”的内涵边界，引发我们对于人类与自然和谐共生、科技对人类文明发展影响的思考。
Artists from Asia, Europe and Africa have participated in this event and contributed hundreds of works to this exhibition. They have strived to build bridges between different civilizations in a bid to emulate the long-standing exchanges between East and West on the ancient Silk Road. At the same time, these artists have taken the connotation of "civilization" even further, prompting us to reflect on the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and the impact of development of science and technology on human civilization.
