In spring, macaques in the Taihang Mountains of central China's Henan Province welcome new additions to their families. During this new start, stories unfold as the macaque society grows bigger.

In this video we follow Anan, a special female macaque who only has one functional eye, as it embarks on a persistent pursuit of Broken Nose, a young male macaque that is obviously not interested in her. Is this destined to be a story of unrequited love?
