Eleven types of unethical misconduct are highlighted in the document, including failure to protect children in danger, absence without leave, and physical and psychological abuse. It also defines assessment methods and potential punishments. Depending on the seriousness of the offense, punishments range from a suspension to a complete removal from the education system.
