Nearly 600 million Indians are dealing with a water crisis. And a new report by NITI Aayog, a government think tank, says 21 Indian cities will run out of groundwater by 2020. CGTN's Raviner Bawa is in South Indian city of Chennai where life revolves around collecting water for household needs.
