Hong Kong’s chief executive Carrie Lam is holding a press conference on the new extradition bill. It's been reported that Lam decided the extradition bill amendment would be delayed. The new extradition bill would allow the transfer of suspects wanted in the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and Macao.
