Chinese President Xi Jinping delivers a speech at the fifth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), which is scheduled for June 14 and 15.
President Xi arrived in Dushanbe, capital of Tajikistan, on June 14 to attend the summit and for a state visit to the Central Asian country.
