Massive power failure hits all of Argentina

A nationwide power outage hit Argentina on Sunday, according to a major electricity provider.
The power cut occurred at around 7 a.m. local time (10:00 GMT) causing trains and subways to be halted, said Argentina's Edesur power company.
It said the outage was caused by a "failure in the electrical interconnection system" and also affected parts of neighboring Uruguay, Brazil and Chile.
