Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam has apologized over a controversial fugitive bill saying she vows to accept criticisms and make improvements in serving the public. On Sunday, the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region announced the suspension of the amendment to two ordinances on the transfer of fugitive offenders.
