In India, desperate parents have taken to the streets in Bihar State after a brain virus killed over 100 children there. At least 200 patients are still being treated at local hospitals. Bihar State, one of India's poorest areas, has been struggling with an outbreak of encephalitis since the beginning of June. CGTN's correspondent Ravinder Bawa explained.
