The crested ibis is treated as a royal animal in Japan where this year's G20 summit is being held. Feathers from crested ibises and drawings of the bird can often be found in decorations for the Imperial House of Japan. Now, there are some 5,000 crested ibises around the world including some 500 in Japan. But in fact, these red-pecked birds are descendants of a last group of crested ibises from China. Join CGTN's Xu Xinchen and Zhuang Yuying in visiting Yangxian County in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, where the last seven crested ibises were found 40 years ago.
