The second most important prize at the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), the Asian New Talent Award, announced its winners on Friday night. "To Live To Sing" took both Best Film and Best Actress. Indian film "MA•AMA" got a nomination for Best Actor and took home Best Cinematography.
