Premier Li to attend Summer Davos in Dalian

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will attend the Summer Davos Forum held in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, on July 1-2, Geng Shuang, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, told reporters Tuesday.

Li will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of the annual meeting and is expected to meet with Klaus Schwab, executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, and other leaders, said Geng.

Summer Davos, also known as the Annual Meeting of the New Champions, is held annually in China.

This year's meeting will be held on July 1-3, under the theme of "Globalization 4.0."
