The State Council Information Office held a press conference on Wednesday where five representatives of People's Best Civil Servants from different places with different expertise were invited to share their experiences.

Song Qingzhu, 54, is an official from the Justice Bureau of Beichen District in Tianjin. He has been in the judicial service for more than 30 years. He helped establish a new system of law service, combining with the high use of the Internet. He said the most important thing to do his job was building trust and communication with the public. Only finding out what the people need is a helpful way to improve the efficiency of his job.

Wang Fang is an official from Sichuan Bureau of Surveying, Mapping, and Geoinformation. She is an expert in emergency mapping. She was involved in the rescue work of the Lushan earthquake in 2013, the Jiuzhaigou earthquake in 2017 and so on. Sichuan is a place where earthquakes happen a lot. So it's vital to ensure the evaluation of emergency mapping going well during the earthquake crisis. Wang said she would keep her passion on her job and secure a more accurate assessment of the emergency mapping.

Yan Ying is a representative from Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park. He has been provided help and services for the innovative entrepreneurs for years. Zhongguancun is a technology hub in Haidian District, Beijing, China. It is essential to establish a comprehensive service system for those high-tech enterprises. He has made great efforts in building communication between the local government and the enterprises, trying to create a better business environment for them. Also, he said, he would keep on helping to make the scientists' creative ideas into reality, putting them into developing real products.
