Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is again a victim of the awkward Trumpian handshake on June 28, 2019, at the G20 Summit. At a photo op, Abe wanted to shake hands with Trump. But things didn’t go as planned. Trump took a glimpse of Abe’s hand, but turned his head away, leaving him hanging for a bit. On the same day, Trump issued a breezy warning to his Russian counterpart. Laughing and smiling, he told Vladimir Putin not to interfere in U.S. elections.
