Demolition experts blew up the Morandi Bridge. The bridge partially collapsed last year, killing 43 people and injuring dozens more. Residents living below the bridge were evacuated ahead of the implosion of the two remaining towers. A new bridge, designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, will be built.
