Thousands of tourists and locals gathered for one of Spain's most popular fiestas, La Batalla del Vino, or the "Wine Battle." The fight has been held annually for more than 300 years to celebrate St. Peter's Day. After an early morning Mass, participants throw around 70,000 liters of wine over each other.
