Russia's Irkutsk region continues to suffer from heavy flooding, which has affected thousands of residential buildings and killed five people, according to Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry. The heavy rainfall has caused Lake Baikal and the Angara River to burst their banks. Over 350 people have been injured, according to Russian officials.
