Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam has praised the orderliness of a peaceful gathering, while condemning the violence when some protesters stormed the Legislative Council building. Lam spoke at a news conference early Tuesday, reacting to two separate gatherings that occurred, one violent and the other peaceful, on the 22nd anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China.
