The Taliban have claimed responsibility for a massive explosion that rocked the Afghan capital Kabul on Monday. Health officials said at least one person was killed and dozens more, including children, were wounded. CGTN correspondent Sean Callebs and cameraman Andrew Smith have returned from Afghanistan.
