Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Summer Davos Forum on Tuesday in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province. CGTN spoke to the business representatives about what stood out for them in Premier Li's speech.

Hannah Ryder, CEO of Development Reimagined, thinks that China's continuous opening-up is a welcomed message.

"He (Premier Li) told us a new announcement on insurance market – opening up the insurance market, which received a round of applause in the room," Hannah told CGTN. "That was excellent."

China will scrap ownership limits for foreign investors in its securities, futures, and life insurance sector in 2020, a year earlier than scheduled, said Premier Li.

Jay Lee, Vice Chairman of Foxconn Industrial Internet, Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn) said that supporting the SME companies to get more opportunities to grow impressed him the most.

China promotes equal rights, equal opportunities among both domestic and foreign companies and will introduce fairer rules, Premier Li said, "Foreign companies can equally enjoy China's tax cuts for small enterprises."
