A female scooter driver narrowly escaped death after being run over by a truck in southwestern China. The terrifying video, filmed in Zigong City in Sichuan Province on June 28, shows a scooter driving in front of a truck and then stopping at an intersection for the traffic lights. However, the truck suddenly moved forward, knocking down the scooter and its driver. The woman can be seen lying in between the wheels of the truck as it passes over her. She suffered injuries to her right foot and is being treated in hospital. The case is under investigation.
