Firefighters rescue man dangling from rope 16 stories up

Firefighters managed to rescue a man clinging from a broken safety rope from the 16th floor of a building in southwestern China. A fireman, attached to his own safety rope, lowered himself down from the roof to approach the worker and tied another rope to his waist. Then the fireman helped push him up while other firefighters lifted him up slowly. After seven minutes, he was successfully rescued.
