The 1987 INF Treaty helped ease tensions and reduce nuclear weapons during the Cold War era. The United States and Russia said earlier this year that they would pull out of the agreement. Both have accused each other of violating the terms of the treaty. Defense analyst Pavel Felgenhauer in Moscow says the key deal is in real danger.
