Two rare Barbary lion cubs seem to be enjoying the outdoors for the first time since their birth in a Czech animal park. The male and female Barbary cubs were playing with each other and roaming around their enclosure in Dvur Kralove's Safari Park, under the guidance of their mother, Khalila. Born on May 10, they haven't been named yet. Many Barbary lions were killed by gladiators in ancient Rome, with hunting contributing to their extinction later. They are believed to have been extinct in the wild since the 1960s. It's estimated there are less than 100 of the lions living in captivity.
