European powers urge Iran to reverse breaches

The UN nuclear watchdog is holding an emergency meeting in Vienna to find a way forward on the Iran nuclear crisis. The meeting is held at Washington's request as Tehran's 60-day deadline for European signatories to provide economic relief expired on Sunday. A French envoy will also attend on behalf of the country's president to boost efforts to save the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and world powers.
