The World Population Day is observed on July 11 every year. The day was established by the United Nations development Programme in 1989. China remains the most populous country in the world. But, according to a UN report, it's set to be overtaken by India which is expected to add nearly 300 million people by 2050. CGTN's Ravinder Bawa uncovers the new challenges that India faces amid its rising population.
