Live: Floods triggered by torrential rains threat parts of China

Flood warnings were issued as more torrential rains are expected to batter at least 10 provinces - mostly in the central and southern parts of China. Authorities estimate over one billion U.S. dollars in damages. CGTN reporter Li Jianhua is now in one of the worst affected villages in Hengdong County, central China’s Hunan Province.
