France international Antoine Griezmann arrived at Barcelona’s Camp Nou Stadium on Saturday prior to his official unveiling before the fans and the press as the newest Barca player.

Griezmann has agreed to the contractual terms to join the Catalan giants on Friday after the Spanish champions said that they would pay the buyout clause to free him from La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup-winning forward said he is targeting a trophy haul.

"I want to win it all. La Liga, Copa del Rey, Champions League. They are both the club's and my goals. I wish I can achieve it here," he said.

He added, "I am very happy and looking forward to working with the team and get to know my new teammates. Very happy."

His new club said Griezmann will bolster the Barca attack, spearheaded by Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez.

After signing a five-year contract, the 28-year-old recruit will most likely play on Barcelona's left wing that has been vacant since the exit of Neymar two seasons ago.

Barcelona revealed that it paid Atletico 120 million euros (134 million U.S. dollars) to trigger his escape clause, and that his new buyout clause will be 800 million euros (900 million U.S. dollars).

Even though they won the Spanish league title last season, the star-studded club lost the Copa del Rey final to Valencia and wasted a 3-0 lead following the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final against Liverpool.

Griezmann, who played a key role in Le Bleus' World Cup triumph in Russia last year, mentioned, "A new challenge. New goals. Important things at stake. I wish I will be able to do it as good as possible. The way I am doing with my national team. I wish I will be able to make a good impression."

As his club is looking forward to overcome the jolt of not winning multiple trophies in the last season, the calm and composed French finisher remarked, "I think this is a great club. I wish I will be able to help them to stay as great or even making it greater than before. I am really looking forward to work alongside this team and the coach. And to play at Camp Nou and win many things.“
