An Israeli start-up is re-shaping the future of meat with its lab-grown steak. It smells and tastes like steak, without the need to slaughter animals. Instead, Aleph Farms grows meat using cells from animals like cows. The company says it is in talks with restaurants in the United States, Europe and Asia to have its lab-grown steak on the market by 2021.
