Ten people were killed and 19 others were injured after an explosion rocked a gas plant in Sanmenxia City, central China's Henan Province, on Friday. The blast was felt within the three-kilometer range of the factory, shattering windows of nearby buildings. The local authorities hold a press conference on the latest of the explosion.
