A man was caught on camera scaling down a 19-story building in the U.S. city of Philadelphia to escape a fire on Thursday. Luckily, the man managed to safely reach the ground. According to the local fire department, the blaze began as a trash fire, with smoke traveling to higher floors through a garbage chute.
