Live: UK Conservative Party to announce the new prime minister

The new Conservative leader and UK prime minister is announced after a ballot of party members. The voting in the leadership contest was closed on July 22. The winner, and UK's new prime minister, is expected to be announced on July 23 after overnight counting. The next leader will be either Boris Johnson or Jeremy Hunt.
