Meanwhile, Wang Zhimin, Liaison Office director of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong, said demonstrations have crossed the boundary of peaceful protests, adding that vandalizing the national emblem blatantly challenges the authority of the constitution, and the Hong Kong society will not tolerate such forms of chaos.
