According to the Iranian Embassy in China, Chinese citizens are granted 21-day visa-free entry when visiting Iran from July 21, 2019.

Joining the list of 72 countries and regions to which Chinese citizens enjoy either visa-free or visa-on-arrival policy, Iran embraces tourists from China with warmth, hospitality, and the enriched Persian culture.
