Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday sent a congratulatory letter to the opening of second member congress of the China Volunteer Service Federation.
Xi stressed the importance to promote the volunteers' spirit of dedication, fraternity, mutual-aid and progress, calling for practicing “Lei Feng Spirit” in the new era.
