The Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) state news agency says the country's leader Kim Jong Un has inspected the demonstration of a "new-type tactical guided weapon." 

KCNA said Kim considered it a warning to the Republic of Korea (ROK) to stop importing high-tech weapons, and also criticized Seoul for carrying on with joint military exercises, usually conducted with U.S. troops.
