In Indonesia's East Java province, 50 police officers have been put on a two-week fitness program. They are being closely monitored on an exercise routine that includes aerobics, swimming and jogging. They are also getting guidance from nutritionists and medical experts. Indonesia has seen a spike in obesity rates in recent years. A 2018 health survey of 300,000 families showed about one in five adults was obese.
