This exhibition is jointly organized by the China Film Art Direction Academy and the Shared Design. The Shared Design, which was founded by fashion stylist Chen Tongxun, who won the best costume designer at the Asian Film Awards and the Golden Horse Awards, aims at building a bridge between design ideas and technology.
Visitors have a chance to see classic works from famous TV productions such as the "Empresses in the Palace" and "Legend of the Demon Cat."

Costume design has become increasingly important due to larger productions coming out of the country's film and television industry. Recently, the popular Chinese web series "The Longest Day in Chang'an" was praised for its delicate and immersive art design.
The "Shared Design" exhibition will be on tour in major cities and universities along the famous Yangtze River, which is associated with the "Yangtze River International Film Festival."
