62 bodies have been recovered from waters off the Libyan coast, after an overloaded boat capsized near the port city of Khoms on Thursday. Some 140 migrants were taken from the water and detained, but more than 100 people were still missing and feared dead. The UN called the wreck "the worst Mediterranean tragedy of this year."
