A light show comprising 1,100 drones brought the Torch Festival celebration to its climax. The Torch Festival is the biggest festival for China's minority Yi people. It falls on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, July 26 this year. The traditional celebration of the festival, such as the torch lighting ritual and the singing and dancing by the bonfires, also took place after the drone show. Visitors said this year's celebration was the biggest they've ever seen.
