The final day of the Singapore Food Festival was dedicated to the traditional snacks or Kuehs from different ethnic groups of this multi-cultural society. Aptly named Kueh Appreciation Day, it is organized by Slow Foods (Singapore) and features snacks, both sweet and savory from Hokkien, Hakka, Hainanese, Malay and Teochew cultures.
