Representatives from the U.S. have arrived in Shanghai for the first round of trade talks since May. The meeting is aimed at implementing the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries on the sidelines of last month's G-20 summit in Japan. The Chinese delegation are headed by Vice Premier Liu He, while Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin will head the U.S. side.
