The commander of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Garrison in Hong Kong condemned the recent violence in the special administrative region. He vowed to firmly safeguard China's sovereignty and national security at a reception to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the PLA.
