A bus plunged into a river on Tuesday morning in the southern Chinese city of Haikou, leaving two people dead and nine injured. The accident occurred in Haikou's Jiazi Town and rescuers quickly arrived at the location. The rescue operation ended around 09:30. A total of 11 people were on board, two died, four suffered severe injuries, and five had minor injuries. Further investigation into the accident is underway.
