The 20th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers' Meeting was held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday. South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha slammed Tokyo's "unilateral and arbitrary" decision to remove South Korea from the list of countries with preferential trade status, while her Japanese counterpart Taro Kono said the move was legitimate.
