A man helped rescue a six-year-old boy who had gotten his head stuck between window bars on the sixth floor of a residential building in Nanyang City, central China's Henan Province. Zhang Meng descended from the rooftop with a rope around his waist to keep the boy steady until firefighters arrived to cut the bars.
