China Digital Entertainment Expo and Conference, more widely known as ChinaJoy, kicked off in Shanghai on August 2. This is the most influential event in the global digital entertainment industry.

The annual event, which will run until next Monday, not only displays digital entertainment but also serves domestic and foreign game companies as an extensive communication and partnership point. 

This event is being held at Shanghai New International Expo Center this year and showcasing online games, console games, web games and hardware products related to digital entertainment. It is the largest gaming and digital entertainment exhibition held in China.

By selecting Shanghai as its venue, the organizers intend to capitalize on Shanghai's advantage as an international transport hub.

Meanwhile, the 12th China Game Developers Conference (CDGC) is being held. CGDC has invited many world-class game producers to participate in the discussion to provide technical support.
